The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has been assigned to strengthen financial management in public sector and improve resource efficiency in the area. The Awarding Authority is the consultant for central authorities in connection with financial management in public sector and carries out administration assignments for all public activities. The financial service area requires salary and accounting services for all governmental administration bodies and 75 % of the public activities are customers. The Awarding Authority is in a process where future organisation is assessed. In connection with this, the Awarding Authority requests tenders for career adjustment available for employees, preferably managers in connection with workforce reductions or individual dismissals. The Awarding Authority requests that the tenderer shall provide assistance in consultancy/coaching for each participant and assist in connection with i.a. job searchs
