Direktoratet for økonomistyring

The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ) would like to enter into a new contract for database licensing.
DFØ was previously called the Agency for Government Financial Management, but changed its name 14.11.2011. DFØ’s task is to strengthen government financial management and to improve the exploitation of resources in the field.
DFØ is an advisor for central authorities within government financial management and carries out administrative assignments for all government entities. In addition DFØ provides financial services (wages and accounts) for approx. 70 percent of the government entities.
DFØ would like database licensing that gives better scaling possibilities and greater flexibility than the current core based licensing. DFØ mainly runs ERP HCM with the necessary set up in FI to handle wage payments. PI is used as an integration tool for public systems, banks and customers.

(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

A description shall be given of the tenderer’s organisation, company form, ownership structure and area of operations. The tenderer shall state how many employees the company has who can provide services in accordance with this assignment. If sub suppliers are to be used, a description shall be enclosed of the sub supplier’s organisation, company form, ownership structure and area of operations.
