Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have good solidity. The solidity will be seen in relation to the assignment’s risk.
The solidity shall be documented by the supplier’s annual accounts for the last two accounting years. The annual accounts shall include the auditor’s report. Alternatively, the solidity can be documented by a credit rating that is not older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of tenderers if it is deemed appropriate.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Membership in “Grønt punkt” (Green Point).
Suppliers must be a member of the material company’s schemes (Grønt punkt) or connected to or themselves operate another equivalent certified scheme for the collection and recycling of packaging waste.
A copy of proof of membership in Grønt punkt or other documentation that the supplier fulfils the requirement is to be enclosed.
Quality assurance systems.
Tenderers must document good quality assurance routines.
The awarding authority demands a supplier who treats any deviations and complaints in a good way and who learns from its mistakes. The awarding authority also demands a supplier who works systematically and who is conscious of quality assurance.
The quality assurance routines can be documented through handbooks, manuals, routines or other documentation that describes the follow up of deviations, handling of complaints and general follow up of quality.
