Offer to patients in psychiatric health care and specialised drug/alcohol treatment

In connection with the integration reform and as a basis for the health authorities’ further follow up of psychiatric health care and multi-professional specialised drug and alcohol treatment (TSB), a contract is wanted for the implementation of a survey of the offer to patients who receive treatment in psychiatric health care for adults and in TSB.
The survey shall cover patients in all 24 hour institutions, day departments and outpatients in psychiatric health care for adults (including mobile team) and in all outpatients, day departments and 24 hour institutions within multi-professional drug and alcohol treatment (TSB). The survey shall in addition cover private contract specialists in the psychiatric health care for adults.
The assignment includes responsibility for working out the questionnaire, data collection, processing the data and analysis. The results shall be published in a separate report.

— Description of the service provider’s professional competence and capacity, including an overview of the service provider’s total manpower. An account of the service provider’s work within health/the health sector is particularly wanted,
— Assignment list of the service provider’s contracts in the last 3 years that are relevant for this assignment with the awarding authority’s name. It must be clear what has been provided, what role the service provider had in the contract and the contract’s financial extent,
