The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NRK) invites you to participate in an open tender procedure for the purchase of monitors for administrative and production technical use.
The framework agreement will mainly be linked to many different types of monitors, but could also be used for purchases of new technical devices and solutions occurring within the different categories introduced during the contract period, which also naturally can be considered to belong in this category. Note iPads is a product that is covered by another agreement.
The purpose of this tender procedure is to assign a set of parallel framework agreements, as well as to include support, service and consulting services within the categories covered by the agreement.
The awarding authority is using Mercell Sourcing Service for this tender process. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

The supplier shall have a satisfactory economic and financial position.

The economic and financial position shall be documented by the following information:

1. The last approved annual accounts with the annual report and the auditor’s report as well as any recent information that is relevant;

2. Solidity evaluation from a company with a licence to operate credit information activities. The rating must not be older than 1 month from the deadline for receipt of tenders and it ought to include information on credit worthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).

— If a supplier has valid reasons as to why the requested documentation cannot be provided, a guarantee from a parent company that fulfils the qualification requirement, or possibly alternative documentation in the form of, for example, a statement from an auditor or a financial institution that is suitable to fulfil the documentation requirement can be accepted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Suppliers shall have the capacity for nationwide deliveries of equipment and services, as well as support and service at Marienlyst.

Description of the supplier’s delivery and service organisation, including the number of employees and a description of the supplier’s spare parts stores and spare parts logistics and how this is handled in a nationwide context, but with particular emphasis on Marienlyst/Oslo.
