Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NRK) invites you to participate in this competition under the rules of a restricted procedure with negotiations for awarding a contract for contribution services. NRK needs to have access to innovative contribution services that are best suited for our business at given any time. NRK is at the forefront in the use of modern technology, which makes great demands on the services supplied.
Previously, NRK has conducted a market dialogue to examine the market for the requested services and to obtain input for the design of the tender documents. On the basis of the findings from the evaluation of the technical market dialogue, NRK has concluded that we want to enter into an agreement which includes all the requested service deliveries. The contract is thus assumed to involve requirements for significant investment for the selected supplier, and the consideration of depreciation of these investments adds up to a contract duration that reflects this. The contract's duration will therefore put out be 8 years.
NRK wish to enter into an agreement with only one supplier of a complete service delivery, but at the same time allows the use of subcontractors. NRK will not purchase equipment themselves, and the selected vendor will have to make the investments in the necessary infrastructure and infrastructure components.
