NRK, through this publication, wishes to enter into a framework agreement for supply of office furniture. The object of the procurement is to secure cost effective means to deal with supplementary and new procurement of furniture.
As a contribution to NRK’s environmental profile positive weight will be given to the environmental profile of the tendered products.
Delivery areas:
1) Total supply, including the product groups:
— Standard office furniture,
— Conference, cantine, meeting and reception furniture,
— Partitions,
— Filing cabinets,
— Special tables (NRK-drawn tables).
2) Office chairs;
3) Supplementary purchase/completion:
— 7 attachment.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company registration certificate.
Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
Company tax certificate (national requirement).
Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Good solidarity is required to ensure ability to undertake the assignment throughout the entire duration of the framework agreement.

Accounts:
The company's annual accounts with auditor's report for the last 2 years shall be attached.
Credit rating:
Credit/solidity rating and bankruptcy risk from a recognised credit reference agency shall be attached to the application for qualification. The evaluation must state (1) credit worthiness and (2) level of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).
The evaluation must not be older than 2 months from the deadline.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts). A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
Tenderers must have a national distribution network which covers all NRK's departments and local offices. For an overview map see http://www.nrk.no/informasjon/organisasjonen/1.6631072.
Tenderers must have available architectonic competence which will cover potential requirements that may occur.
Tenderers shall have a plan for competence/skills upgrading and further training for their sales concultants and other employees.
Tenderers/suppliers shall have routines which ensure low environmental impact from goods, production and postage of the supplies.
Tenderer shall guarantee that the tendered products are being developed and produced in accordance with national and international requirements for furniture and the environment.
Tenderer shall be a member of a return scheme, or meet the contractual condition by setting up their own return scheme.
