Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation Ltd (NRK) is planning the procurement of a graphics system for 12 or 13 sites broadcasting regional news. The overall objective for this tender is to establish a contract for procurement of a graphics system for live news productions. NRK's aim is to replace its existing FXDeko graphics system with a modern, comprehensive, stable, flexible, scalable, and easy to operate graphic system. The system must integrate with our automation system - Omnibus with Columbus. The automation system is planned to be replaced within the next two years. With a new automation system, we expect to have more advanced control of all the graphical elements. NRK expects delivery of a complete tested and operational graphics system for live on-air news and features. Necessary user training, maintenance training, software upgrades, support and spare parts (list) should be a part of this tender.

— The company’s last annual report, as well as recent information that is relevant for the company’s accounting figure for 2008 and 2009,
— Presentation of the undertaking’s balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets,
— Please also give the preliminary figures/report for 2010.

Qualification requirement: the vendor must have conducted similar supplies to similar customers;
Documentation requirements: references from 2 other similar installations in Europe are required;
Qualification requirement: the vendor must have the sufficient capacity to the delivery as well as to support and service during the agreement period;
Documentation requirements: description of the vendor’s support and service organization, including number of employees, areas of expertise and description of the vendor’s inventory and logistics;
If the vendor relies on the capacity from other businesses to fulfill his contractual obligations, a liability statement signed by an authorized representative from such 3rd party/subcontractor must be enclosed to the tender;
Qualification requirement: the supplier has technical personnel for service/support available for customers in Norway;
Documentation requirements: description of service/support team, competence and availability.
