Bergen municipality (BK) invite companies to a competition for a framework agreement for an internal manager development programme for managers in BK, herafter called BK manager school.
The managers have a minimum of 2 years experience in BK. Middle managers can also apply.
The idea of the development programme is to strengthen the managers jointly in a group, through knowledge, insight and training.
The participants are from all the town council departments in Bergen municipality, cf.

The idea is that the content consists of what these managers have in common.
The contract’s extent.
The contract is for university college education with teaching of 25 managers over 3 terms. The teaching shall conclude with an examination and give 30 study points.
The contract’s length.
The framework agreement will be for [2] years with an option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for up to a further (1 + 1) year, total maximum 4 years.
We would like group 1 to complete the BK manager school before the next group starts. A total of 3 groups will start in the period. The last two groups must overlap each other by one term in order to complete three groups in the framework agreement period. The given amounts are estimates.
