New school at TU, engagement of architect

The enquiry is for the engagement of an architect for planning a new school at Tu, Klepp municipality. At first a sketch and preliminary project shall be worked out with the accompanying description. The sketch and preliminary project can be used as a basis for the total/main contract and the architect will then be transported to the contractor for working out the detailed project. The school shall be planned in accordance with the passive house requirements. The engineering designers must have knowledge of the Education Act with regulations. The total area in accordance with the room programme is 4 732 m2.

(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).

Begrunnelse for hurtigprosedyre:
Due to progress and discussions in the municipal organs an accelerated procedure must be used. The works must start in autumn 2012 at the latest as the school shall be completed by 1.5.2014.
