New portal platform for Smaalensveven

Smaalensveven IKT IKS

A portal platform shall be procured with the option to establish as many domains and portals, sub-portals and pages as the cooperation would like.
Services and functionality shall be module based so that each municipality in the cooperation has choice of which services and modules can be used.
The tender and delivery ought therefore to be built up so that we can purchase a portal platform with publication systems and a framework for the portal system for the internet, intranet and extranet for the municipalities and the municipalities’ companies and entities. Functions and services ought, to the greatest possible degree, be module based and offered as an option.
The portal platform shall be run from one place. The system shall be run either by SMIKT or by the supplier (ASP). The municipalities in the cooperation currently have several operational places for their archive and trade systems.
