New or demonstration fire engine/crew vehicle for Glåmdal fire service IKS

Regionalt innkjøp i Glåmdal

Glåmdal Brannvesen IKS shall purchase a fire engine (crew vehicle), new or ex-demonstration.
The highest possible standard is required. Tenderers can submit their own suggested solution and adaptation for fitting and placement of equipment – both fixed and movable.
The vehicle shall, amongst other things:
— be a double axle 4WD with total weight approx. 20 tonnes,
— be a crew vehicle with space for driver plus four crew,
— carry both water and foam tanks,
— meet current conditions for emergency vehicles,
— meet the authority’s requirements for Euroclass and EURO 5 spillage without the use of chemical additives,
— give optimal safety for the crew.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
The supplier shall have orderly affairs with respect to payment of tax and VAT.

Credit report/rating, no older than 1 year, and based upon the last known annual accounts. A rating shall be obtained from a publically approved credit reference agency.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The supplier shall have the economic capacity to carry out the delivery.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts).
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
1. The supplier shall exhibit a list of the most important relevant supplies from the last 3 years, including dates and receipients (names). References will only be contacted if required. Max 1 A4 page.
2. Declaration of liability, also from any sub-contractors cf. appendix 6.
3. Statement regarding supplier's quality assurance system/- management system Max 1 A4 page.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. The supplier shall have experience from equivalent assignment.
2. The supplier shall have ability and capacity to undertake the assignment.
3. A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the service which shall be delivered.
