The contract shall cover the procurement of control and communication equipment for a new lighting structure for outdoor lighting in Oslo, subscription for data traffic, operation of database/control system, replacement of individual supply cupboard/street light lighting point (VTP) and the necessary engineering design services and assembly works.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

An option shall be offered for an extension of the operation of the general administration system on unchanged terms for one year i.e. 2013 and with a one year further extension, i.e. for 2014 expiring 31.12.2014.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;

(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

(6) Other documentation required (please state below).

—The service provider shall have his tax and VAT payments in order,

—The service provider shall enclose a HSE self-declaration,

—The service provider shall be a legally established company.

Credit rating, not older than 6 months based on the last known accounting figures.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The service provider shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— An overview of and CVs for key persons who will be used on the contract is to be enclosed,

— A statement of how much of the assignment the service provider intends to leave to sub suppliers,

— List of the most important deliveries or performed services in the last 3 years, including information on value, date, as well as the name of the public or private recipient. If this involves services to public awarding authorities, documentation in the form of certificates issued or confirmed by the relevant authority shall be enclosed. If this involves services to private companies, the certificates or confirmation shall be issued by them. If these do not exist a statement from the service provider can be accepted,

— Documentation of the service provider’s quality assurance system/internal control system. If the service provider is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, it is sufficient to enclose the certificate,

— The service provider shall also enclose the system’s contents,

— The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary/clarifying information on the system.

— The service provider is required to have good capacity and the ability to fulfil the assignment,
