New CMS platform and development of www.npt.no

At present the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority (NPT), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has a content management system (CMS) which is used in connection with production of web portals and management of the content of these portals. The Awarding Authority is planning to phase out the system and replace it with a new system.
The contract also includes development of a new version of www.npt.no on the CMS chosen by the Awarding Authority.
This tender invitation includes:
— Replacement of the existing CMS in order to manage the Awarding Authority’s Internet site www.npt.no as well as the domains www.frekvensportalen.no and www.bredbåndsporten.no. The previous 2 are domains which lead to sub-sites of www.npt.no,
— Preparation of plan for implementation of the project,
— Preparation of information architecture for www.npt.no in cooperation with the Awarding Authority,
— Preparation of concepts and interaction design for new www.npt.no,
— Alteration of the existing www.npt.no to a new graphical design,
— Transferring the content from the existing system to a new CMS,
— Training of the Awarding Authority’s key personnel in the new CMS,
— Documentation of the new CMS.
