Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Narvikgården AS, Narvikgården Utleiebygg AS, Parkhallen AS, OT-Gården AS and Narvik Spektrum Drift AS shall have option for entering into the agreement from 2014.
If so, this volume will amount to approx. 3,1 GWh of which 0, 5 GWh shall be delivered to electric boiler.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(6) Other documentation required (please state below).

Certificate issued by qualified authority which verify that the tenderer is not:

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The Awarding Authority will obtain information from Soliditet AS. Credit rating A “worthy of credit” with sub-appraisal on economy equivalent to “satisfactory” and solvency equivalent to “acceptable” will be required.
Sub-supplier, if any, must also fulfil the requirements. For newly established tenderer where credit rating is not attainable, minimum 10 000 000 NOK in invested equity will be required.
The above listed requirements will be withdrawed if the tender includes bank guarantee or guarantee from parent company which meets the specified requirements for credit ratings and sub-appraisals. The guarantee must include all obligations given in the contract.

Tenders for energy management shall contain the administrator’s CV.

During the delivery period, the tenderer must obtain consumer data from the network company in accordance with the Norwegian water resources and energy directorate’s current regulations.
The tenderer must provide energy statistics as web solution where the user can log on to the tenderer’s home page by using password.
The tenderer must submit electronic invoice in format E2B, size1:1.
The tenderer must have concession for delivery of electric power in the delivery period.
