Each year the Norwegian municipalities present reports regarding measures for mental health works. The reporting routines are carried out by filling in forms given in circular letter IS-24. The Norwegian Directorate of Health, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into an agreement for assistance in connection with collection, quality control and juxtaposition of these data, as well as analyses of the data sets in elucidation of other available data materials and research. The contract also includes delivery of figures/rates for each municipality individually.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement for juxtaposition and analyses of data materials for 2010 and 2011. The assignment shall be carried out in 2011 and 2012. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 2 years. Total value of the assignment is expected to be up to 1 200 000 NOK per annum, excluding VAT. Total value for the contract period, including option is expected to be 2 400 000/4 800 000 NOK.

A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
