The awarding authority for this procurement is the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (hereafter called the Labour Inspection Authority) which is located in Trondheim. The Labour Inspection Authority has approx. 600 employees divided between 7 regional offices with underlying inspection offices. The Labour Inspection Authority invites companies to give a tender for a framework agreement for the delivery, service and maintenance of multi-functional machines (MFP) at the locations desired by the awarding authority. Multi-functional machines in this connection means machines which cover copying, printing and scanning functions as well as the necessary training, maintenance and service of them. Price offers are wanted for both purchase and leasing, as well as any combination of these. All units which belong administratively under the Labour Inspection Authority shall be able to use the contract which comes about from this notice and it shall be possible for the awarding authority to make call-offs on the contract at any time in the contract period. The contract period is 3+1 years, total 4 years.
