Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Suppliers shall have their tax payment and VAT payments in order.
Suppliers shall have a functioning HSE system.
Suppliers shall be a legally established company.

Credit rating from a certified credit rating company. For this contract a company rating equivalent to D&B’s A (credit worthy), part judgement for finances of “Satisfactory” and payment experience of “Acceptable” will be sufficient.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Suppliers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.

Suppliers shall enclose a list of the 3 most relevant assignments/framework agreements in the last 3 years, including information on value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References will be contacted if needed. Max. 1 A4 page.

Account of the supplier’s service system/control system. Max. 1 A4 page.
Documented by a Swan licence, Blaue Engel licences, Eco Mark licence or other documentation from accredited test laboratories accredited in accordance with the standards in the EN 45 000 series or equivalent international standards.
All Norwegian suppliers shall, by the time the contract is signed at the latest, provide documentation that the supplier is a member of a recycling scheme or that the requirement is fulfilled through its own recycling scheme with a separate scheme for final treatment where packaging is taken care of in an environmentally responsible way (Grønt Punkt Norge AS or equivalent recycling scheme). The minimum requirement when giving a tender is that a copy of the started work is enclosed.

Suppliers shall have experience from equivalent assignments.
A good and well functioning service system is required for the services that shall be provided.
The offered models shall fulfil the goods requirements in Blaue Engel, Eco Mark or the Swan’s requirements for multi-functional machines.
Suppliers are required to handle their packaging in an environmentally responsible way.
Suppliers are required to have a high ethical standard.
