Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(5) Other documentation required (please state below)

Certificate for paid taxes and certificate for paid VAT issued by either the local tax office or the tax collector office where the tenderer has the head office. These certificates shall not be older than 6 months. See: http://www.skatteetaten.no/Templates/Artikkel.aspx?id=9196&epslanguage=NO.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years

(4) Other documentation required (please state below)

Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, which shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency. The rating shall be minimum A or better, compared with Dun & Bradstreet’s scale - or equivalent rating from other reputable credit rating companies.

The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery/meet the contractual obligations.

(1) Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts)

Brief description of the tenderer’s environmental efforts, possibly a copy of environmental certificate attached the tender (e.g. Eco-Lighthouse, ISO 14001, etc.).
