Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge HF Narvik (UNN) wishes to enter into an agreement for the purchase of MR.
UNN will purchase MR 1,5 T MR with maximum field of view not less than a 50 cm and 70 cm opening. The MR-machine shall have a separate work station in addition to the main consol. It shall be possible to save investigations on dvd or usb. It must be possible to save raw data.
The equipment shall be delivered with techniques for dealing with motion problems such as respiration, pulse, peristalsis and involuntary patient movements such as, for example movement on ECG and respiration.
The MR-machine shall be delivered with a complete set of spoler og fantomer, and communications equipment. Spolene shall be priced separately but included in the tender.
Tenderer must document that the system can be upgraded to 3 T. This shall be described and priced separately.
The tendered MR shall be a graduated system with high capacity for strength, speed and linearity. Especially over large field of view. This must be described in a separate attachment in Doc. 5 product information.
The MR-machine shall be equipped for a broad and optimal spectrum of investigations, within neuro, children, cardio-vascular, oncology, abdomen, orthopaedic and breast.
MR-machine shall be suitable for fast recording techniques and imaging with diffusion weighting and quantitative diffusion, perfusion, single and multi voxel proton spectroscopy, 4D angio, whole body investigation, quantitative flow and heart analysises. State parameters, for example, max b factor, minimal echo spacing, min echo time, min layer thickness, max number of echos in various single shot recordings, max parallell imaging factor, field homogeniety. This shall be described in separate in Doc. 5 product information.
It must be possible to perform parallell imaging in combination with maximum possible pulse sequences. Tenderer must state limitations in combinations of sequences/coils and parallell imaging or limitations in coil combinations. This shall be described in separate in Doc. 5 product information.
Monitoring unit in MR-lab must be tendered and priced separately.
We desire anaesthesia monitoring equipment, this shall be specified and priced separately.
The tender must contain a detailed and complete list of all available options. Options shall be priced separately.
In addition, an MR-compatible wheelchair is required. Priced separately.
