Sjøfartsdirektoratet (Haugesund)

The Norwegian Maritime Directorate, henceforth referred to as the awarding authority, has established a movie service which serves ships that through shipping company or agents has taken out a fixed subscription for the service.
The movie service includes 72 movie titles per annum, divided in 6 movie titles per month.
The packing, distribution of movies and storage of film packaging related to the arrangement has previously been managed by external forwarding agent.
The awarding authority is now considering the possibility for entering into a framework agreement with supplier of movies who can manage storage of film packaging, as well as packing and distribution of movies.
Therefore the awarding authority also requests tenders for this as an option the awarding authority can release if considered suitable.

— Companies which do not have accounts for the requested period may be rejected unless they present a bank guarantee of such a size that it can be used as guarantee against fulfilment of the contract.

— List of the supplier’s principal deliveries the previous 3 years with relevance to this assignment. The list shall contain information of the awarding authority’s name, extent of the assignment and duration of the assignment. It must also be described what is delivered and the supplier’s function in the delivery.
