The tender documents are electronically available for downloading from
www.doffin.no (see link given in point II.1.5 in this notice). In order to get access to these documents, the tenderers are asked to press the red button marked “registrer interesse” (“register interest”). Questions and answers as well as any additional information will be communicated through Doffin. 2 framework agreements are attached, one for the public construction and building management and one for the Norwegian Police Service. The only difference between these 2 is that the agreement for the Norwegian Police Service distinguish between customer’s rights (the Norwegian Police Service) and the Awarding Authority as contract administrator.
