Telemark University College, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a contract regarding communication and advertising agency services. The assignment includes further development of the University College’s reputation and the goal-oriented recruitment campaign for the student admissions in 2012, including the various campaign elements.
The contract period is until 31.12.2012 with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation. If the contract is prolonged, the maximum increase of the unit prices shall be equivalent to the consumer price index from January 2012 to 1+1 year(s) ahead.
The assignment includes assistance in connection with choosing communication strategy and creative concept. Administration of the campaign towards other relevant media and suppliers’ of materials shall also be included in the contract.

The Awarding Authority had approx. 2 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT, at disposal for the previous year’s campaign. Advertising Agency services and materials amounted to approx. 370 000 of this amount. The total amount for 2012 will be ready in connection with the Awarding Authority’s budgetary procedure in autumn 2011.The amount may be subject to some increase. It is a condition that the display budget shall constitute the major part of the available funds. The advertising agency’s fees/expenses will be included in the total amount. The Awarding Authority also requests tenders for advertising agency’s expenses for the entire assignment. Man-hour rates for supplementary services shall also be given.2 000 000
