Market data for control of wet gas and dry gas prices

The aim of the procurement is to cover Oljeskattekontoret's (the Oil Taxation Office's) need for various forms of market data in connection with control of oil companies' sales of wet gas and dry gas from the Norwegian continental shelf.
There is a need for market data related to the following tasks:
— General market understanding,
— Assess whether the company's realized prices correspond with the agreed prices,
— Assess whether the companies agreed and realised prices correspond with the relevant market,
— Reexamine and further develop the analyses based on market data carried out by oil companies in connection with specific cases,
— Create their own ad hoc analysis based on market data.
There is a need for market data for the following types of products:
— Natural gas liquid products,
— Dry gas (hub data),
— Liquefied natural gas (LNG),
— Alternative fuels (gas oil, fuel oil, coal, etc.).

Delivery of applications shall be made to the reception at award authority's office address: Skatteetatens IT and servicepartner, Hagegata 23 Tøyen, Oslo, NORWAY. Award authority has manned reception from 7:00 – 15:45. The application shall be delivered within this time period. No other form of delivery will be accepted. The application shall be delivered in sealed shipping and be clearly marked with ”Anskaffelse 20110049 v/ Leif Christian Hammer”. The application shall be delivered in 1 paper copy. In addition an electronic version shall be delivered by USB memory stick or CD-rom. If there are discrepancies between the versions the original paper copy shall apply. (NT Ref:245992).
