NRK AS would like to collect tenders for a contract for the operation of the car parking area at the whole of NRK’s area in Marienlyst, Oslo. The total area is 11 000 m2, 530 car park places, of which 477 are free places for employees and others with parking permits, as well as 53 paid places for visitors. NRK estimates that they will lose approx. 80 places for employees during 2 years due to new buildings, redevelopments, alterations to roads etc. There can also be further reductions due to municipal impositions etc.

The service provider shall fulfil legally imposed wage and work terms, documented by a self-declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

Service providers shall have a good economic and financial position. Documented by: A credit/solidity rating and a bankruptcy prediction from a certified credit rating company shall be enclosed with the qualification application. The rating must provided information on (1) credit worthiness and (2) degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).

The rating must not be older than one month from the deadline for receipt of requests.
NRK can, if a service provider expresses the desire in their application letter, undertake an evaluation of the service provider’s economic and financial position free of charge through Experian.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
