Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK)

NRK would like to establish new framework agreements for the hire of equipment and the procurement of services within the fields light and sound/PA/monitoring. NRK will accept proposals for new systems, but would, to the greatest possible degree, like tenders for equipment and services which lie within the examples given in the tender documents part IV. The main aim of the contracts is to ensure that NRK shall have the necessary capacity and availability to keep/increase the production capacity in a secure way and with a quality which is in accordance with NRK’s needs. The contracts shall also allow for a high degree of flexibility and a high level of service. Tenders can be given for one or several of the mentioned service/equipment categories, but not for services alone. NRK intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with a minimum of 3 service providers in each of the two fields light and sound/PA/monitoring. There shall be one prioritised service provider per field, but with options for mini competitions for major projects.
