Lund municipality invites companies to an open tender competition for the construction of a new swimming pool and a multipurpose hall situated as an extension to the existing sports centre (Nordanhallen) at Moi in Lund municipality, Rogaland. The project’s total size is 2 741 m² gross.
The swimming pool section consists of a 25 m pool with 5 lanes and a learning/well-being pool. The multipurpose hall consists of 2 squash halls, 2 gymnasiums.
Contract model: main contract where the construction contractor is the administrating joint contractor and main company.
The following contracts are requested:
— B1: Construction works including ground works, site gardening works and fire proofing,
— V1: Sanitation, heating installations and energy well,
— V2: Ventilation installations,
— V3: Water treatment installations,
— E1: Electrotechnical installations including tele installations and control plant,
— E2: Lift installations.
In accordance with the current regulations for the construction of swimming pools, measures with a large degree of difficulty and consequently all professions shall be carried out with an independent inspection in development class 3 with the exception of site gardening works which is development class 2. A master certificate is required from the site gardener.
Tender will be sent out: 15.12.2011.
Deadline for receipt of tenders: 1.2.2012.
Construction start: 12.3.2012.
Completion: 1.10.2013.
