Lom kommune

Lom municipality would like to collect tenders for emptying sludge from private interceptors for sludge (septic tanks), private treatment plants and municipal treatment plants. The work consists of emptying interceptors for sludge/blocked tanks and transporting sludge to Fossbergom treatment plant. Operation of a site for long term storage/composting of sludge in Haugholet.
Lom municipality has a plant for dewatering sludge at Fossbergom treatment plant. This has the capacity for all the sludge from interceptors for sludge, blocked tanks, municipal and private treatment plants in Lom municipality. Skjåk municipality delivers sludge from its treatment plants to the plant in accordance with a contract with Lom municipality.
Lom municipality has entered into a binding contract with Tine dairy Lom and Skjåk so that they deliver sludge to Fossbergom treatment plant. The transport and delivery of sludge in this contract must be adapted and coordinated with the delivery of sludge from Tine dairy.
Lom municipality has a certified treatment plant for long time storage/composting of dewatered sludge in Haugholet in Lia. The transportation of dewatered sludge from Fossbergom treatment plant to Haugholet is not included in this contract.
