LO-11-03: Contracts multi-purpose hall

Lom kommune

The project consists of extensions to the existing community centre, alterations in the existing community centre, a new building and outdoor areas.
New extensions in the form of a multi-purpose hall with teaching premises and the accompanying functions. Total approx. 3 340 m.
The existing building is approx. 1 830 m, of which approx.. 740 m will be altered.
The assignment shall be carried out as a main contract with transported joint contracts. The main contractor shall be the managing joint contractor.
The project includes the following contracts:
Construction works main contract.
Plumbing works, joint contract.
Air treatment plant joint contract.
Electrical and tele installations joint contract.
Automation installations joint contract.
Technical lift installations joint contract.
Outdoor works joint contract.

The measure shall mainly be carried out in development class 2.
This shall be documented by enclosing central certification or satisfactory documentation for being able to apply for and achieve local certification.
Technical and professional qualifications:
The following documentation shall be enclosed:
1. Overview of the company’s total manpower.
2. Manpower for this assignment (organisation plan) with the names and CVs for key persons who shall carry out the assignment.
3. The company shall document 2 equivalent contracts in the last 3 years with information on value, date and awarding authority.
