On behalf of the health companies, LIS invites your company to give a tender for pharmaceutical special preparations for the indications rheumatoid arthritis, anchylosis disease, Crohns disease, ulcerous colitis, psoriasis and psoriasis arthritis.
All tenders shall be given electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be sent in via Mercell after the deadline for receipt of tenders has expired.).

It is recommended that tenders are given in good time before the deadline expires, e.g. a minimum of 1 hour before the deadline expires.
If there is additional information from the awarding authority that leads to you wanting to change your tender before the deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make any changes and sent it in again right up until the deadline expires. The last received tender will be seen as the final tender.
The tender requires an electronic signature when it is sent.
You will be asked for an electronic signature when sending in a tender in order to confirm that it is the actual tenderer that has sent the tender. An electronic signature can be obtained from www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no.
Attention is drawn to the fact that it can take a few days to receive an electronic signature, so this process should be started as soon as possible. NB! suppliers who have previously signed electronic contracts with health companies can use the same signature (www.buypass.no) when giving a tender.
