Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The parallel framework agreements shall have a duration of 2 years, and include an option to extend for one additional year, meaning that the principal shall have an option to extend the contract such that the maximum contract period will be 3 years in total.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) The supplier must have made its payments of tax and of value added tax in an orderly manner;

(2) The supplier shall have in place a functioning EHS system;

(3) The supplier shall be a legally established enterprise.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) Credit appraisal/rating, no older than three months, based on the most recently published accounting figures. A rating shall be prepared by a publicly approved credit-appraisal institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Concerning service area 1 and 2:

(1) The supplier shall have experience of at least three equivalent assignments during the last 3 years.

In relation to service area 1 the supplier is expected to have experience of previous restoration projects.

See also section 2.1–2.4 of the requirement specification.

(2) The supplier shall have sufficient capacity and ability to perform;

(3) The supplier shall be able to arrange a quality check at a suitable cinema.

Concerning service area 1 only:

(4) Without using sub-suppliers, the supplier shall have access to a scanning device that incorporates an image sensor of the type “area array”.

(5) In order to ensure a low environmental impact and good quality of the service during any contract period, the supplier is required to have in place management systems for minimising the consumption of energy and chemicals, and to have in place good waste-management routines.

If more than 5 suppliers who satisfy the minimum qualification requirements register for a service area, the principal will rank and select the suppliers who are most qualified on the basis of the first qualification requirement in section 4.4., i.e. an evaluation of which suppliers that have the most relevant experience based on at least 3 equivalent assignments during the last 3 years.
