Leasing mulit-functional printers
DN has a need for 8 multi-functional printers, 9 a little smaller, 2 pure printers, as well as software for managing the print out queue (“follow me”) and secure print. We also have one Konika Minolta C253 which we would like to continue to use, but implement into the same secure print/follow-me system as the others. There is a need for service contracts for the new machines and for the secure print/follow me system for all the machines.
DN are based in a building with 5 floors, as well as barracks and 2 extra floors for SNO in the neighbouring building connected to DN. We have gone through the need and based on this we have come to the above mentioned number of multi-functional machines. An important point here is the redundance in each floor, this is to insure us in any down time, so that print outs can still be made, copies taken etc.
DN shall move into new premises in Brattøra in Trondheim in January 2013 and there can be minor changes in the need. Therefore there can be a change to the contract (changed number of machines, changes configuration).
