Leasing 17 official cars

Råde municipality invites suppliers to give a tender for leasing 17 official cars over a period of 3 years, with delivery 1.2.2012, for use within home based services in Råde municipality. For a further description of the procurement see annex 1 – Specifications/Delivery Description.
The procurement is announced in the Mercell/Doffin/TED databases 28.9.2011. Confirmation. This shall be done electronically in Mercell by clicking on the tab “Give a tender” and then by clicking on “I want to offer” or “I do not want to offer”. This is only meant as an indicator of whether the awarding authority can expect tenders or not. You do not bind yourself as a supplier by confirming that you would like to make an offer. We would like tenderers to confirm that they want to offer as soon as possible.
Communication. All communication in the process shall go via the Mercell portal,
www.mercell.no. This is so that all communication is logged. When you are in the competition side, choose the tab Communication. Then click on the symbol New Message. Write the information to the awarding authority and then click send. The awarding authority then receives your message. If the question is relevant for all the tenderers, the awarding authority will make the question anonymous and reply by giving the answer as additional information. Additional information is available under the tab Enquiries and then the sub tab Additional information. You will also get an e-mail with a link to the additional information. Enquiries received later than 5 working days before the deadline for receipt of tenders will not be answered.
Receipt of tenders. All tenders shall be given electronically via the Mercell portal,
www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be sent late electronically via Mercell after the deadline for receipt of tenders). If you are not a user of Mercell, or if you have questions about the functionality in the tool, e.g. how you shall give a tender, contact Mercell Support on tel: +44 21018860 or by e-mail
support@mercell.com. We recommend that you send your tender in good time before the deadline expires, for example a minimum of 1 hour before the deadline expires. If there is any additional information from the awarding authority and you would like to change your tender before the deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline expires. The last received tender will be seen as the final tender. The tender requires an electronic signature. You will be asked for an electronic signature when you send in the tender in order to confirm that it is the tenderer who has sent the tender. An electronic signature can be obtained from

www.bankid.no. Attention is drawn to the fact that it can take a few days to receive an electronic signature so this process should be started as soon as possible.
