The framework agreement(s) shall an option for an extension for up to 1 - one + 1 - one year.

— the tenderer shall confirm that there are not any ongoing debt negotiations or bankruptcy negotiations,

— the credit worthiness which shall form the basis for qualification for this competition will not be lower than “credit worthy” (equivalent to A at AAA Soliditet). When evaluating the above, the Awarding Authority will use Ravnifo.no/Soliditet in their evaluation. The Awarding Authority will obtain the credit rating themselves for the above evaluation. It will be obtained after the deadline for receipt of tenders and on the same date for all tenderers,

— newly started companies, companies with too bad ratings, or companies which are not credit rated can, instead, give parent company guarantees, a bank guarantee, or similar which give equivalent security for the ability to fulfil the contract.
