K-72421 Pipe installations

This procurement comprises contracting of turnkey contract K-72421 pipe installations for extension and reconstruction of the terminal building which is a part of the T2 project. The turnkey contract for pipe installations comprises engineering design and execution of sanitary, fire extinction and heating and cooling installations, and shall cover pipe installations for a new central building West of the railway station, and a new pier to the North of existing central building, approx. 117.000 m2 new construction in total.
In addition, approx. 20.000 m2 of existing terminal building shall be reconstructed and adapted to the new extended terminal building. The pipe installation in this connection forms part of the K-72421 assignment. The scope of the reconstruction and technical installations varies for the affected areas.
The contract shall be carried out as a turnkey contract where the clerk of works will provide consultant for the turnkey contractor.
The following temporary progress plan for the contract has been drawn up:
— Dispatch of tender documents November 2011,
— Tender submission February 2012,
— Contract signing May 2012,
— Construction start Autumn 2013,
— Completion Spring 2017.
