This is a voluntary contract notice, as the purchase of grenades is excepted from the EU/EEA procurement rules as well as the norwegain law of 16. July 1999 no. 69 on Public Procurement. Hence, this procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the Armed Forces Procurement Regulations (ARF) including the competition element, cf. ARF section 1.5.1 b) and chapter 2.
