Invitation to tender for analysis of drinking water for municipalities in Oppland
Water and sewage operations in Oppland (hereafter DiO) requests, on behalf of approximately 14 municipalities and 2 private water plants, tenders for laboratory services for analyses of drinking water, in accordance with “Regulations for water supply and drinking water” (Drikkevannsforskriften) of 4.12.2001.
DiO is a membership organisation where all 26 municipalities in Oppland are members, along with 15 private sewage plants.
Dio members will be offered, but are not obliged to, to join the agreement,
There is an estimated 14 municipalities and 2 private members with a total of 54 water plants, which are interested in participating in such agreement.
Attached overview (attachment 1) states estimated scope of the annual testing. The overview has been planned on the basis of the “Regulations for water supply and drinking water” (Drikkevannsforskriften).
In addition, further municipal water plants as well as some private water plants can enter into the agreement with selected supplier.
Agreements shall be entered into for each municipality/water plant owner, and invoicing shall be set up directly to each agreement partner.
The maximum acceptable transport time for water samples is 24 hours, from the water sample is taken to the analysis starts at the laboratory.
