Driftsassistansen for vann og avløp i Oppland

Water and sewage operations in Oppland (hereafter DIO) requests, on behalf of approximately 22 municipalities and 4 privately owned water plants, tenders for laboratory services for analyses of sewage water and sludge, in accordance with:
— FOR 2004 -06-01 nr 931: "regulations for limitation of pollution" and,
— FOR 2003-07-04-951 "regulations for fertiliser products etc. of organic origin".
DIO is a membership organisation where all 26 municipalities in Oppland are members, along with 15 private sewage plants.
DIO members will be offered, but are not obliged to, join the agreement, 22 municipalities, with a combined 60 purification plants, and 4 privately owned purification plants have noted their interest in this contract attached overview (attachment 1) of purification plants and number of samples per plant states estimated scope of the testing. The scope is based on all interested parties entering into the agreement after contract award agreements shall be entered into for each municipality/water plant owner, and invoicing shall be set up directly to each agreement partner.
The maximum acceptable transport time for wastewater samples is 24 hours, from the sample is delivered to the sample arrives at the laboratory.
