Sjøfartsdirektoratet (Haugesund)

Sjøfartsdirektoratet at present leases 47 vehicles. In this connection it is desired to enter into a framework agreement for insurance of the vehicles which Sjøfartsdirektoratet leases in Norway. The insurance required shall cover injuries which vehicles can cause to people/property (third party insurance) in accordance with LAW 1961-02-03 no. 00: law on responsibility for injury arising from motor vehicles (Automobile Liability Act).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

It is not required to send any documentation. Sjøfartsdirektoratet will obtain credit references on tenderers from Dun & Bradstreet or equivalent. The supplier must, as a minimum, obtain a rating of ”A credit worthy” or equivalent.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The supplier shall have satisfactory financial and economic standing to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Reference list of supplier's 5 most important deliveries during the last 3 years with relevance to this framework agreement with award authority's name, contact information, scope and duration of the assignment. It must be made clear what was delivered and what role the supplier had in the delivery. If sub-contractors are used for all or part of the delivery an equivalent reference list must be presented for the sub-contractor. Sjøfartsdirektoratet retains the right to make contact with references supplied.

Norwegian companies: copy of certificate from Finance Authority. Foreign companies: equivalent certificate from country of origin.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The supplier company shall have experience of equivalent assignments with respect to content and scope.

The supplier shall hold a certificate to operate an insurance company in Norway and have representation in Norway, cf. LAW 2005-06-10 no. 44: law on insurance companies, pension companies and their activities etc. (insurance company law).
