Avinor own/maintain ILS systems (LOC/GP or LOC) at 52 airports in Norway. Replacing (partly or complete) the oldest systems of ILS/LOC/GP electronics and antenna systems is a continous process.
There is a need for replacing approximately 20-25 ILS/LOC systems/ GP systems and/or separate antenna system/electronics during the next 5 years.

Qualification criteria:

Tenderers must provide evidence of enrolment in either the professional or the trade register in its country of establishment.

— Company registration certificate,

— Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register in the state where the company is established,

— Value added tax certificate,

— Company tax certificate,

— Self-declaration regarding health, environment and safety in compliance with appendix 2 ("vedlegg2") of the Norwegian procurement regulations ("Forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser").

Qualification criteria:

Sufficient economic and financial capacity to guarantee continuous and satisfactory performance throughout the envisaged lifetime of the contract.

— Company's management accounts for the current financial year, and any other relevant information,

— Statement of the compnay's turnover for the last 3 financial years relating to the area covered by the contract.

Qualification criteria:

The undertaking must document that they can offer a product which is based upon well proven technology currently in use, that it holds experience form previous similar deliveries and that it has implemented a well-functioning quality management system.

— Statement of the companys total manpower,

— A list of the principal deliveries effected or the main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients,

— A list of the works carried out, by the company, over the past 5 years, with the values, dates and clients,

— Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered,

— A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company,

— Copy of the company's quality management and software development manuals,

— A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company.
