Interkommunal Innkjøpsordning Nedre Romerike

IINR, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest in relation with transport services for municipal assignments.
The deliveries are divided into 3 separate lots.
The tenderers can choose to submit tenders for on one or more of these lots.
The economically most advantageous tender for the awarding authorities will be the basis for selecting provider(s).
The separate lots are:
1. School.
Transport of pupils to and from school during school hours. This is transport outside of the county’s responsibility and is agreed upon by a municipal decision regarding school transport.
2. Various municipal assignments.
The transport of users related to municipal day centres, residential and treatment centres etc. Transport of employees carrying out assignments, as well as transport of senior users to and from doctor etc.
3. Bus transport services in connection with excursions and tours.
Transport of pupils, municipal users, municipal employees etc. with tour bus.
The framework agreement period is 2 years, with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation.

Day centre users will require transport with taxi or other suitable means of transport between their private residents and the day centre.The points listed below describe the needs/requirements which apply for all the day centres:The requirement for transport is for the entire year.There are no requirements for transport on flexible holidays.Transport routes and number of users will vary from day to day.The maximum transport time for day centre transport, i.e how long a user can stay in the vehicle shall not exceed 1 hour.Adjustments related to exact transport times must be agreed upon with the transporter/each day centre.
