IINR with the co-operation municipalities Aurskog- Høland, Enebakk, Fet, Nittedal, Rælingen and Sørum, and in addition Lørenskog municipality will henceforth be referred to as the Awarding Authority.
The Awarding Authority hereby invites to an open tender contest which includes car management and accompanying services. The contract includes handling of all administrative and operative services in relation to modern maintaining of cars.
It is expected that the tenderer’s underlying agreement with discounts related to operation of the car fleet is utilized, including agreements related to fuel, oil products, tyres and so forth. The total number of leased cars included in the contract is approx. 350 cars.
The Awarding Authority will enter into a framework agreement for 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier. See also the tender documents with annexes.
