IDR 01/2011 - Framework agreement for plumbing services

Idrettsetaten, Oslo kommune

Oslo municipality c/o the Sanitation department (REN), the Fire and rescue department (BRE), the Emergency planning department (BER) and the Sports department (IDR), hereafter called the awarding authority, invite companies to an open tender competition for a framework agreement for trade services. The awarding authority will enter into a parallel framework agreement with 3-5 service providers.
This is an assignment on behalf of several entities in Oslo municipality.
Users of the framework agreement will be the Sanitation department (REN), the Fire and rescue department (BRE), the Emergency Planning Department (BER) and the Sports department (IDR).
Occasionally organisational changes are made in Oslo municipality, and this framework agreement shall continue to be valid in cases where the above mentioned departments merge with other departments or are split up into smaller departments or entities. The contract shall be valid for all implicated departments/entities. The same shall be the case if the departments are split into smaller entities.
A merger of the Traffic department, the Transport department, the Outdoor recreation and nature management department, the Sports department and the Energy saving department form 1.5.2011 was agreed in December 2010, and the contract shall therefore be valid for all who are a part of the new department.
The departments manage a large number of municipal buildings and sites in Oslo municipality.
All the properties are situated in Oslo, spread out over the whole of Oslo municipality’s area from edge of the city to the fjord.
