Hotel services in connection with arrangement of Church meetings 2013-2015

Kirkerådet

The Church of Norway National Council (the Awarding Authority) shall enter into a framework agreement for purchase of hotel services in connection with arrangement of Church meetings 2013-2015. The church meetings are a working sessions which are held once a year and last for 6 days. It is important that the participants have good working conditions since the works will, to a great extent, take place around the clock with plenary assembly/committee sittings until 20:00.
The hotel must therefore have comfortable, modern and flexible course/conference facilities adapted to groups of 8-250 people. The hotel must be situated in a Norwegian city/town. Further description of the procurement is given in Annex A – Description of the requested service.
