Holmenkollen National Arena - K7003 landscape gardener

In connection with the completion of the construction work in Holmenkollen National Arena, Oslo Municipality requires a contract with an entrepreneur/landscape gardener.
The work in contract K7003 will comprise:
— Culvert by Kapellet,
— Styggedalen, sowing/moss layer,
— The freestyle hill, sowing,
— Terrain grandstand by "skåla", soil layer and sowing,
— Road lighting Midtstuen,
— Stone chain by the arena,
— The glide test area, sowing,
— Outer tracks, sowing,
— Further general sowing and planting.
The tenders will mainly be evaluated by hours/volumes/scope and some engineering design work carried out in advance.
The work will be paid in accordance with progress and materials used, based on the pre-agreed markup percentage. Some assignments will be carried out on a fixed price basis.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement)

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement)

— Supplier must be up to date for tax and VAT payments,

— Supplier must provide HSE self-declaration,

—Supplier must be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Credit reference/rating, noo older than 6 months, and based upon the last known annual accounts. A rating shall be obtained from a publically approved credit reference agency. Award authority reserves the right to obtain their own credit reference.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Supplier shall have the economic capacity to undertake the assignment/contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Statement regarding supplier's quality assurance/control system. If supplier is certified send a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certifying body,

— Description of supplier's organisation and associated resources, both personnel and machinery/equipment intended to be used,

— The company's reference list from equivalent projects from the last 5 years with dates, award authority and value.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— A good and well-functioning quality assurance sysytem is required,

— Good ability to undertake the assignment is required,

— Very good experience from previous assignments is required.
