Project managers/construction managers.
The tenderer awarded the assignment will be organised under the building owner section and will be assigned various assignments included in the section’s area of responsibility.
The person concerned shall follow the projects during the engineering design stage and shall be responsible for following up during the implementation stage. This includes accountability for budget and progress in addition to quality assurance of the works.
The assignment will often involve necessary coordination with other public agencies and private participants as well as providing information to property owner, neighbours and other parties involved in the relevant project. The Project manager/Construction manager shall be responsible for HSE/safety, health and work environment for the assigned projects in accordance with current regulations in the building owner’s regulations.
The person concerned shall report to the section manager and prepare final documentation for the individual projects, respectively.
The workplace will mainly and temporarily be located in the Awarding Authority’s premises in Strømsveien 102, Helsfyr, Oslo.
