Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The whole of the credit rating report shall be provided and it shall include key figures for the previous 3 fianancial years. The rating shall be carried out by a publically certified credit rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— An overview over the assignments carried out during the previous 5 years with certificates of satisfactory execution of the principal works. The certificates shall state values, times and locations for the works and state if the works have been executed professionally and properly. Reference person should be stated and the Awarding Authority shall be given authority to contact the person concerned,

— Information of education and professional qualifications at the contractor and the company’s administrative management (competence matrix),

— A statement of the contractor’s average workforce and number of employees in the administrative management during the previous 3 years,

— Certification regarding the company’s quality management /control system, issued by independent body, confirming that the company complies to certain quality management standards, for instance ISO 9001: 2002,

— The awarding authority also accepts other documentation showing that the contractor has corresponding quality assurance measures,

— A statement of existing routines or a valid certificate from a third-party verified system, (i.e. Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, EMAS),

— Central approval or statement that the company/activity is qualified for local approval.

— Good competence and experience from corresponding construction assignments of equivalent nature and extent, i.e. reconstruction/restoration of school building or equivalent, carried out as a partnering contract or as an engineering, procurement and construction contract,

— Sufficient capacity,

— The contractor must substantiate,

— Sufficient quality assurance system,

— Procedures for carrying out the assignment in an environmental properly manner,

— Central approval/qualified for local approval in enterprise class 3.
