NGU is hereby calling for bids for the hire of helicopters primarily for 2011, but with an option for further continuation in 2012, 2013 and 2014. The needs for the helicopter in 2011 are shown in Table 1. The needs extent for the last three years is uncertain, but it will probably be in the same order as for 2011.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) that is relevant to the contract;
(3) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register in the state where the company is established;
(4) Value added tax certificate (National requierment);
(5) Company tax certificate (National requierment);
(6) Self-declaration regarding health, environment and safety in compliance with Appendix 2 ("Vedlegg 2") of the Norwegian procurement regulations ("Forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser" - National requierments).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Company’s management accounts for the current financial year, and any other relevant information;
(2) Presentation of balance-sheets where publication of the balance-sheet is required under the law of the state where the company is established;
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover for the last 3 financial years relating to the area covered by the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Statement of the company's total manpower;
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution;
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected or the main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients;
(4) A list of the works carried out, by the company, over the past 5 years, with the values, dates and clients;
(5) A statement of the company's heath, environment and safety policy;
(6) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(7) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company;
(8) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract.
