Norges geologiske undersøkelse (NGU)

NGU is hereby calling for bids for the hire of helicopters primarily for 2011, but with an option for further continuation in 2012, 2013 and 2014. The needs for the helicopter in 2011 are shown in table 1 The needs extent for the last 3 years is uncertain, but it will probably be in the same order as for 2011.

(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);

(4) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts);

(5) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;

(6) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;

(7) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company (for service and works contracts);

(8) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
