Heat delivery based on renewable energy to municipal buildings in Porsgrunn municipality

Porsgrunn kommune

The municipality would like tenders for heat delivery in the form of hot water based on renewable energy to 5 areas. This means 5 local heat plants. The tenderer is to engineer/finance/deliver and run the boiler plant and the municipality will purchase hot water calculated in the form of consumed kWh after heat exchangers in the awarding authority’s buildings/boiler rooms. A minimum of 85 % of the heat delivery shall be covered by renewable energy.

The tenderer shall have experience from equivalent assignments.
A list shall be enclosed of the most important contracts, including, among other things, information on the extent/size (number of GWh), date and consumer. Relevant contracts means ready heat deliveries and complete boiler plans delivered to other awarding authorities.
